Preamble

By using Cache Horse, you agree with some basic terms.

Cache Horse is a service which is presented as-is, with no warranties of any kind.

Legal use

We do not take an interest in what data you’re caching. But, Cache Horse makes an effort to conform to legal norms. We can and will block illegal content, including but not limited to violent or otherwise criminal material if its use is brought to our attention.

We are not a proxy

Cache Horse is designed for API requests. We have taken some percautions to make sure it is only used to serve this type of data. We do not allow the use of the Cache Horse for general web scraping purposes.

Fair use

While our pricing model is based on ingress requests from our servers, we leave open egress requests from your server to ours. Most usage of you loading data via our service will be absolutely fine - but in some instances, we may need to reach out to you.

Refunds

We will issue you a 100% refund if you request it within 24 hours of payment.

For anything over that, please cancel your plan in the client dashboard or reach out to support. Refund requests are generally not approved for monthly plans after the 24 hour period.

Cases of fraud

If you have been a victim of fraud and your card (or other payment method) has been compromised to pay for Cache Horse, we will issue you a full refund.

Please contact us immediately at fraud [at] cache.horse and we will make it happen.

Changes to this policy

New issues may arise from time to time that will require codifying in this terms of service. To that end, please be aware that this document can (and likely will) change as time goes on.
